3D Digital Proof & Pre-Production Approval
Before touching the printing press, you receive an interactive 3D digital proof displaying exact print dimensions (in inches), placement coordinates, pantone codes, and size scale adjustments. Production only begins upon your formal sign-off.
High-Capacity Precision Manufacturing
Your order is routed through our automated printing carousels and conveyor gas-curing tunnels (cured at precisely 160°C for 3 minutes for permanent wash fastness). Every 25th garment undergoes scrape and stretch testing.
Finishing, Polybagging & Pan-India Dispatch
Garments receive final steam pressing, loose thread trimming, size sorting, and individual clear or frosted retail polybagging. Dispatched via express air or surface cargo with live tracking links sent to your team.
